Hotel is a prime location which is very convenience to Don Muang International Airport. Service is also good and reasonable price.
I had the best stay. Pik the bellboy was very nice and helped me with my luggage all the way to the airpor. Fantastic!

The best so far. I missed my flight and this hotel was just the best. The bellboy Pik was very helpful and very friendly he helped me with my luggage all the way to the airport. What an excellent customer service! I hope all hotels have a Pik bellboy. Thank you Pik! Nice to meet you. Kapunkab!

Cons Again, not the easiest experience getting to the hotel from the terminal. Only one of the two very small lifts was working with a queue of people with their luggage waiting. On the hotel side of the road bridge, I had already struggled down the escalator with my cases when a bell boy offered to help me, bit late by then. The receptionist checking me in spent more time answering the phone and directing the bell boy than dealing with me. Floor in the room could've done with a hoover. Quite a bit of sound could be heard in the room from the pool and the corridor. Pros Good location for the airport Excellent shower Excellent breakfast Would I stay here again? Yes, purely based on the proximity to the airport, the shower and breakfast.

The hotel seemed a bit dated yet very well maintained. The staff, including the front desk, bellhops, and housekeepers, were all attentive and helpful. I was in the room when the housekeeper, Mr. Lawan T, came in. I got to chat a bit with her, and in a short time, I learned briefly about the cleaning process and could tell how hard-working she was. Since I only stayed for two nights, I told her that she didn’t need to clean my room so she could save some time for other rooms. She was reluctant, so I had to convince her that it’s totally fine. Also, special commendation goes to the bellhop who arrived at my room only five minutes after I called, aiding me with my belongings. He was very enthusiastic and cheerful. Furthermore, I was also quite impressed by the breakfast and the variety of food options. Very nice.

The sky bridge to DMK international departures makes this hotel the logical choice for a stopover hotel. The fact that it is a suberbly run 5-star hotel at 4-star prices makes this my choice every time I need a place to rest en-route. Not much to do in the neighborhood though, except the Wat Don Mueang next door.
